Ted Costas, the program director for a free-form public radio station in Washington, D.C., has woman problems. The divorced father of a teenaged girl, Ted is still in love with his ex-wife, Lee Ann Plunkett. The re-married Lee Ann, a political commentator, left the station when she left Ted, but she has now returned to resume her career. And Gretchen Schreck, the wide-eyed kid whom Ted once baby-sat, is now a stunningly beautiful, amazingly competent broadcast intern. The one thing Ted doesn't notice about Gretchen is that she never quite got over her childhood crush on him.

The series followed the lives of two DJs and their producer on their FM radio programme, "Skin 86.5 FM". The show also featured music from real-life artists and guest stars from the music industry.The first episode aired on 25 February 2009 and the series ran for 6 episodes. It broadcast on Wednesdays at 22:30. The series launched with 213,000 viewers. The whole series was re-run on Friday 3 April from 22:00 until 01:00. On 13 April 2009 the series was released on DVD with a BBFC rating of 15.ITV Studios began searching for funding from record companies and radio stations to produce a second series for the show.

Alexander Armstrong's Big Ask is a British comedy panel show hosted by Alexander Armstrong. The pilot was shown on Dave on 30 May 2011. The guests on the pilot were Robert Webb, Katy Brand and Griff Rhys Jones. After a positive reaction to the pilot, Dave ordered a full series which was filmed in October 2011 and broadcast from 6 February 2012. A second series began 26 February 2013.
